There is no need to transfer the visa vignette to the new passport. but both old and new passport needs to be submitted

Yes saving bank account statements are accepted as i had submitted them when i had done my tier 1. Please note that you should have instant access to the funds and it is not under any fixed deposit schemes which will not have access for said number of years

TIER 1 has been closed for all new application and for switching from one category i.e psw to tier 1 or any other category after april 6 2011.

Although people who are already on tier1 or hsmp visa in the UK are allowed to extend thier visa. Hope this clarifies your doubts.

The amount earned in Last 12 months should only be selected if only 37000 is earned then the band 35000-39000 should be selected.

Hi All,

I would like to know within how many days of getting the visa one can travel?
I read somewhere in this forum that within 28 days the person has to travel is that true? Can a Person travel after 4-5 months after visa valid date? Please advice.

To be on the safer side you need to move to a new house and show the rental agreement with a utility bill on your name along with NOC from the landlord.

Processing times in India is MAX 10 days for dependent visa.

it does not matter for UKBA if salary comes into your account monthly or quarterly. Only thing matters is whether the payslips are matching with the amount paid into your account and also if the total gross makes up for the said amount which you are suppose to show for the points

You need not give the proof of plane tickets but you need to give details of your employer may be ex employer. Dont include any dummy data in your application it may be rejected for this reason if the information given is false.

Then if it is really worth a try are you are ready to take the risk you should go for it and you are ok with whatever outcome. just in case you can try with other solicitors who have dealt with such cases. As lawyers fees may not be as high as 800£ which is visa fees
