Some times they take a bit longer than 8 weeks. I got my son's certificate within 8 weeks. Just wait another couple of weeks as they wont take too long for section 1(3) applications.

is the profit from self-employment per month or per year? what other sources of income does your mother have if any? self employment profit is per year. She got pension of Rs 8200 (Pakistani rupees) per month, its about £60. because of her medical conditions her expenses gone up. Can someone please...
