CTC and working abroad

Hi

I need some information re CTC.
I am planning to go to another EU country to work for about 6 months. My spouse and kids will remain in the UK.

Can I still receive CTC while I am working abroad? We got joint claim and I am the only one who is working.

Thanks

Is it necessary to get the residence card for the dependant in France or any other EU citizen before coming back to UK? I think French take a long time to issue a residence card. Also is it important to have joint bank account when dependant is a parent? Sorry to be a pain but just trying to gather ...

1. Yes she can. 3. Who told you that? The parents will need to live with you in France. I have asked a solicitor over the phone and he mentioned that living together is only applicable to spouse and I should exercise my treaty right for a minimum period of 6 months. I am not sure if it is necessary...

For Germany, they need a Schengen visa. You will need to prove they are financially dependant on you if apply under EEA rules. Afte...

The settlement application will depend on the sole-responsibility of the UK-based parent- something that may not be evident from the very little information you have provide...
