according to law u can work on previous status while appeal is with the courts so ur old rules will apply but after its either 3 or 6 months if the case is not decided u can work full time only thing is its hard to prove to the employer but I am sure u can work full time after a while one of the exp...

your work rights are the same as when u had the visa while u have an appeal pending provided the appeal was made before previous leave expired and one were not an overstayer

Your asking about a time in may 2015 uk immigration rules are rapidly changing so we cant say what rules will be in place when your visa expires.

as we stand both you and your partner will have to apply from your home country for the visa variations ie Tier 4 and dependant respectively

its very unfortunate how you have let this happen to you. The forum cant help you with this other then I guess suggest to write into UKBA with your full name date of birth and nationality a phone call will not be enough to chase a returned certificate.
