your work rights are the same as when u had the visa while u have an appeal pending provided the appeal was made before previous leave expired and one were not an overstayer

Your asking about a time in may 2015 uk immigration rules are rapidly changing so we cant say what rules will be in place when your visa expires.

as we stand both you and your partner will have to apply from your home country for the visa variations ie Tier 4 and dependant respectively

its very unfortunate how you have let this happen to you. The forum cant help you with this other then I guess suggest to write into UKBA with your full name date of birth and nationality a phone call will not be enough to chase a returned certificate.

they do have the tendency of taking back the passport. they rang the bell once I was sleeping other half rushed to answer after the second they were gone. Good information above

this is minor they can take upto 2 weeks for fee deduction. lots and lots will apply before rule change

Don't jinx it mate. I was hoping for a letter tomorrow. I checked 2nd class is delivered on Saturday's. :)

Your a British Citizen after ur ceremony its ur choice if to apply or no for a passport

its a travel document and a form of ID its not a requirement to have one

thay will definitely organise UKBA. I still think our authority is much better than many in Europe where waiting times are lirerally celestial.

Instance 1 : my uncle was travelling back from pakistan they stopped him there claiming u have fake passport. they called BHC & they immediately sent somebody to verify that fhe passport is genuine which is was he was allowed to travel on instance 2 : Friend of my arrived on his 1st British passport...

U should have waited for the BRP before booking an appointment

only thing u can do is take the letter with you confirming you were granted ILR and hope they accept that & Send that through
