I was in the same situation when I applied for my BC - I ticked 'married' as you are still married - the HO class seperation without the legallities to still be married.

Just to let you know I have applied on MN-1 and have been waiting for 3 weeks now, UKBA have taken the money and I have received the Acknowledgment letter.......

Does it normally take this long?

yes this is true thanks for this - but I was just saying that the IPS ask you about the credit agreements even if you are defaulted or NOT

years in the same way as any account you've closed in the past but are not "alive") hence you won't be asked about them
they do ask about credit you have registered to your address!!! Regardless if they defaults or not
