Previous Earnings - Determining 15 month window

I have a question about the allowable period for previous earnings, specifically about when the 'last 15 months' are. I am currently on year 4 of a Tier 1 (General) Visa, and will be applying for ILR next year. The relevant dates for this are: 4 March 2009 - Initial Tier 1 (G) Visa valid from date (...

Life in the UK website (booking test)

I will be applying for ILR at the start of 2014, and will need to pass the Life in the UK test before then. Seeing that the test is about to change, I'd like to take the current test in the coming weeks, as that is what I have been studying for. I registered on the website over the weekend to be abl...

Thanks for those responses, it's great news that the PEO won't rely on the barcode. I had always planned on going to the Post Office to submit my biometrics that I never pursued an answer to something that has always confused me about booking the appointment. Am I correct in assuming that I just boo...

Post Office unable to read Biometrics Letter Barcode

I received my Biometrics letter for my Tier 1 Extension application yesterday, and went to the Post Office in Battersea this morning. After several failed attempts to read each of the two barcodes on the Biometrics letter, I was told that they weren't able to proceed. I was told that this occasional...

Extension form questions. (Ref Numbers and Master Degree)

I'm in the process of filling out the application to extend my Tier 1 (General) Visa, and was hoping for some clarification on a few questions. First, on the following questions: B11. I booked my appointment this week. I logged on Monday night 2nd January at 23:55, and tried to make an appointment. I was shown the screen that says something like 'no appointments are available, please try a different date'. I clicked that link and kept things the same and tried again. At exactly 0...
