Does EEA2 RC make invalid/replace existing leave to remain

hi,

Its really very interesting question. If an applicant successfully gets his EEA2 RC but his existing tier1 psw visa is still valid for next 6 months then in this case whether the status of psw visa will become invalid/cancel or it will still continue till its expiry.

that policy is covering almost everything but the only thing is that in their policy documents they prominently write that your GP is the primary source who diagnose/treat you or refer to specialist. And their policy is designed as secondary care. Does that not make sense for ukba that the person is...

Eea2 family permit - self sufficient amount

Hi
Can anyone who has got eea2 family permit by excercising eu treaty as self sufficient tell me that how much money (saving/balance) he has shown in statement for his/her spouse and own bank account. Any rough idea for that.

Under eu law it does not matter when after wedding you apply eea2 permit as you can do it any time even your visa expired as long as your eea spouse is excercising eu treaty rights.
But now you talking about self-emplyoment. Before you said that your eea national wife is doing full time employment.

As you said that your eea national wife is working and it is the most superior mode of excercising eu treaty. Better to re-apply again with strong cover letter. Perhaps attaching latest bank statements of both or utilitiy bill end their doubt about relationship despite it really does not need for le...

Self sufficient and medical insurance

Hi, Can anyone throw the light on comprehensive medical insurance as should it cover 100% outpatient too as because no medical insurance company can give 100% outpatient cover. Every company exclude pre-existing conditions and give a certain benefit limit on outpatient cover (e.g £1000/£1500). Pleas...
