Non-UK EHIC health card can only work if the stay is temporary but otherwise CSI is strictly required.

If caseworker has already been satisfied regarding the identity of applicant but now has no passport then usually issue RC on A4 sized page.

An EU national be benefitted once only from initial right of residence. However, in order to regain initial right of residence the continuity of residence need to break usually by the absence of more than six months or twelves months (if studying abroad, pregnancy etc.).

In contrary to calling for interview where ukba write in advance about the date & time, unfortunately for home visit there is no clue as when they can visit. It could be early morning, afternoon, evening or late evening even weekends.

An EU national is not required to exercise its treaty rights during its 1st three months since arriving. Therefore, now you can reduce the gap of 9 months to 6 months and it will be more wiseable to wait until further 6 months.

If you are a Brazilian national then be informed that Brazil is visa free country for UK. Therefore, apart of being the family member of EU national, you have additional entitlement to freely enter UK with Brazilian passport.

As long as the work is a genuine & effective activity then it should be fine. Although there is no guideline that how many hours an EU national worker should work but under UK benefits system for EU national the working hours should be 24 hours per week or £150.

Only your PR certificate/card will be sufficient and there will be no need of attaching any documents of treaty rights.

Yes without CSI if the EU national is self sufficient/student then the PR application won't succeed. However, if the EU national start working at least 24 hours per week or self employment then there won't be any CSI needed. NHS cannot substitute CSI which is a mandatory requirement for EU national self sufficients and students along with their whole family.
