Re: retain rights of residency

ROR can only be applied once the divorce is finalized along with the treaty rights evidences of EU national partner. Since the treaty rights cannot be exercised from abroad while the divorce can proceed even either of partner is not in UK. Therefore, as you your EU national partner is returning in A...

Re: marriage with EU national and Tier 2 visa

It entirely depends on your budget and your desire as how faster you want ILR/PR. Since applying EEA2 RC is optional for a married partner of a qualified EU national, therefore, you can continue with your tier 2 visa even after being married with EU national. In both cases you will have to complete ...

Re: (PR) As Family member DO I even quaify ?? I need ugrent

If an EU national has got UK permanent residence then his/her non-eu national is only required to live together for about 5 years. Therefore, even the EU national does not loose its PR with the absence of 3-6 month (except 2+ years) but if such absences are very frequent/multiple then the caseworker...

Re: EEA2 and sponsor's temporary job

Temporary job should be fine but it must last at least until the caseworker get it confirmed from the employer during the process of eea2 application. EEA1 is optional but in case of temporary job then better to apply for it because it will be processed more quicker and won't let the eea2 RC be refu...

Re: EEA (FM) residence card - proof of living together

First of all the proof of address for married partners are not necessary at eea2 stage (if that one you applying) as usually if they have some suspicion then either they themselves visit the address or call for interview. Secondly anything including treaty rights evidences relating to time when eea2...

Re: Can I apply for permanent residence card?

If you were not absent for more than 6 months per year during those 5 years as well as were not absent for more than 2 years after those 5 years then you may already been acquired the permanent residence. You can proceed to British citizenship even without skipping the permanent residence applicatio...

The time will start from the date when you were married to EU national regardless of when you were issued eea2 RC. I think you should try for Permanent residence if your partner help you.

Re: Long term ILR with EEA and "3C"

You should read the caseworkers remarks between the relevant dates especially when you lodged appeal and when you withdrawn. But as your first eea2 RC was refused due to insufficient treaty rights evidences which I think may effect your application because from the time you withdrawn your appeal and...
