and how they not able to detect in system when u extend the visa .?

no
u should have proper business plan not shop of fast food .

there was an other scheme came couple of months ago that was home equality scheme .
but all these schemes u need to have ILR

u don't need to tell any one just do as many jobs u like to do .
i am also on tire 1 and have 2 jobs .

i think when we apply for ILR . we have to do extra English test called B1 .

some one told me when u have ILR then u can call ur parents on medical circumstances permanent in uk .

but my question is can i call them now i still have 3 years to go for ILR .

they depend on me i send them money and they also they very ill .

i extended my visa in April and it is valid until 2016 i got my last extension that is for 3 years . after completing that i can apply for ILR .
i don't see any problem in this .
and in that link they did said any thing about tire 1 general ILR.

any news ? my side nothing still they did not return any thing i don't know what they want to verify i show all my earning in payslips of 2 jobs (royal mail and city link ) all showing in bank statement all last 4 months more then 2500 per day what they want more .
