I have booked my appointment in Croydon.The bank statement showing the fee was debited by PEO Liverpool .

I think its ok as long as we got the payment confirmation sheet.

Wrong information .

FTT send decision in first class normal post ie not recorded.

And also FTT will send a copy to appellant as well along with a copy to lawyer/Solicitor or any representative .

All of the cases I mentioned above were of self employed cases.

On airport I think from this year they have access to check with HMRC or even if not it's take only couple of minutes over the phone.

I know 2 persons personally. Firstly they showed enough earning to reach the exact points and later they showed more expenses to avoid the high tax payment by the HMRC . If you are applying to for extension of Tier 1 Gen for your wife then she don't need ESOL or Life in the Uk as these are the requirements for ILR and NOT for Extension applications .

UKBA can ask any questions on hearing if they want.They are doing this in Tier 1 ENT appeals as well.

But if you answer them correctly and confidently on hearing then I think you will be alright.
