If you are applying to for extension of Tier 1 Gen for your wife then she don't need ESOL or Life in the Uk as these are the requirements for ILR and NOT for Extension applications .

Also you don,t need to provide any evidence again as you have prove your English language ability in your initial and extension application of Tier 1 General.
