Well I believe that you Will and should be granted the same points as you was granted in your Tier 1 initial and extension application.

There are some people's who used the PGD in ILR applications. So far no negative news on this forum ...

Mean it is being excepted.

Answers to your point 1 : You are right that they have to request information from HMRC as can't be done on same day. One of the case I mentioned applied in PEO and they held his case by saying that they need to do further queries .Remember same day decision is NOT gurenteed in PEO's. Point number 2...

I have booked my appointment in Croydon.The bank statement showing the fee was debited by PEO Liverpool .

I think its ok as long as we got the payment confirmation sheet.

Wrong information .

FTT send decision in first class normal post ie not recorded.

And also FTT will send a copy to appellant as well along with a copy to lawyer/Solicitor or any representative .
