UKBA mainly concern with YOUR employment and TAX payments to HMRC. And new start up business,Director not UK resident ,Only yourself employee does not matter providing every thing is GENUINE.

You can show your expenses but make sure after deducting the expenses ,your net profit figures are same as you told UKBA. Even if your earnings fall in 2 years.Your net profit for both years after deducting all expenses should be same as you claimed in your Visa application. And also end of the day ...

Y you want to make things harder for you.If all of your documents are Genuine then go for interview mate.

You will get your visa in 1 month with no extra cost and complications/hassle.

JR/High court is a lengthy and expensive option.

You will need to declare the CCJ.But it will not effect on your application providing you are making some kind/Minimum payments.
