Reason given is deception to claim points in earning during tier 1 extension. This is not true and I feel that some misunderstanding here by caseworker. make sure your part time employer is cutting NI and PAYE tax and declaring to HMRC and DWP Thanks for all. And yes I am getting my pay slips regularly and tax and NI is being deducted. Also I have receive Paye coding notice from HMRC regarding part time job that I have to pay 20 % tax on my new job...

Well I believe that you Will and should be granted the same points as you was granted in your Tier 1 initial and extension application.

There are some people's who used the PGD in ILR applications. So far no negative news on this forum ...

Mean it is being excepted.
