yes if your friend has recourse to public funds (i.e. because he is British) then he can claim child benefit even if the children have no recourse. and how about if the personne has adual irish/british applying under eea2 (hasband non eea) based on her irish nationality would that affect her applic...

Hi mimine30 i read yr all story only part i can answer is about overstaying. I was same like you more than 5 years overstayer and i had very bad immigration records such as seeking asylum, applying business visa etc. however there is some difference ,although living with my partner 4 years together...
