Tier 2 dependant visa is tied to the main applicant's visa. If you switch job, main applicant will be applying for a new Tier 2. Hence, the dependant also have to apply for a new visa (which can be done along with the main applicant).

I went thru the process last year. Generally, the BRP arrives 3-4 days after your passport. It will arrive at the same address as your passport. I guess, in your case, it will be your company.
