For T2 extension application, bank statement or salary slip is not required. You will be granted 10 points based on the proof you submitted on your previous application.

Re: TB Certificate- Out of country Application

Maybe you can take the print of the email to the hospital which will show them the original passport is with the Embassy and request them to consider the xerox copies for verification purposes. It would be better to carry original of some other form if ID (e.g. original driving license) just in case...

Re: Tier 2 Spouse and Child dependent application from India

Scenarios where you are submitting originals, enclose a photocopy on the 2nd dependent. In any case, I personally do not think they will reject the application if you submit just one set of originals.

Re: Tier 2 General Extension (Main and dependant) query

1. Yes, a change of address has to be reported to UKVI. Read this: https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances ... have-a-brp

2. If you are extending with the same employer under the same SOC code, no need to show maintenance documents.

3. Separate applications (online).

Re: Switch from Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 General Depen

1. (a) & (b) Yes. Its an contractual requirement to update with the latest visa status. You cannot hide it from the employer. Any employer need to know the the latest visa status of its employees and keep a record of it. 2. The old BRP is now invalid. Suggest you destroy it once you get your new one.

Re: required to produce RLMT documents for Visa application?

You are not required to submit any documentation related to RLMT along with your application. The sponsor is required to maintain all the necessary records and UKVI will contact the sponsor in case they need to verify the documents.

Re: ICT skills transfer to tier 2 general 2017

Cool off of 12 months will be applicable in case you want to move to T2 General. It will not be waived off because the visa is scrapped. It is scrapped for new applications only. The earlier issued ones are still valid.

I second CR001. You cannot just stay for additional 14 days for the sake of it. Even in my post, I had told that you can use this period to submit your visa application post expiry.

Re: Switch from Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 General Depen

1. Yes, the end date will be in line with your end date. 2. Most likely. 3. No. 4. The earliest you can apply for ILR is 28 days before your 5 years completion. If you apply for your dependents NOW, chances are that you may get a small window of overlap where all can apply together. If you apply the...

Re: New passport. Requirements?

As I said, its optional. If you want to be sure, you can report the change of passport using the change of circumstances form available in the link you've posted. 1. Yes, your employer will need copies of the new passport for their records. I dont think they will have to report anything to UKVI. 2. ...

Re: New passport. Requirements?

Change of passport need not be reported to UKVI. Your visa (or BRP whatever is your case) still remains valid on your old expired passport. You need to carry your old passport along with the new one each time you travel. If you are still keen to have the visa on your new passport, you also have the ...

Re: Tier 2 ICT Maximum Stay

You need to apply for your switch within 14 days else you will be considered an overstayer. If your spouse's T2(G) COS is going in Feb, I honestly do not think that you spouse can return to UK with a valid T2(G) visa by mid-Feb. If you continue to stay in UK beyond the 14 day period, it may affect y...

Re: Tier 2 ICT refusal

The decision by ECO is correct. You had a prior Tier 2 visa and you applied for a new Tier 2 visa from India (Note: The new application was for a new entry visa and not an extension). 12 months cool-off will apply in your case. The other colleague you talk about. I'm pretty certain that the case is ...
