You need to check https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... ebsite.pdf for this

Also some of these tests have expiry date for eg some may only be valid for 2years

One thing is for sure: It's confusing. This is only applicable...

Re: Isle of Man Trip ILR

Thanks everyone. I re-checked the form and I guess I've found where I can declare 6.2 Since then have you had any absences from the UK? If yes, give the dates you left and returned to the UK and the reason for the absence in the spaces below. List all absences however short and in date order. If you...

Re: issue with Payslips

If your recent payslip does not have various entries then no need to explain anything. Yes it is perfectly ok to submit the most recent payslip (1 is sufficient) Recent bank statement is also ok (1 month) as long as it covers the payment relevant to the payslip you are presenting. The Home Office wi...

Re: Trivial increase to salary, reporting to Homeoffice

Not others as our company policy is the salary will be reviewed every 12 months from the date you joined but no gurantee an increase will be made so unless someone else joined at the same time, the dates would def differ. Don't worry about it too much as it can still be considered as annual increase...

Re: Tier 2 Premium service, curtailment letter.

Sometimes Home Office does not send out curtailment letters. Your partners existing visa is not deemed to be valid if her previously employer informed the Home Office that she resigned which means she is no longer under sponsorship from them. They have to do this as part of their Sponsor Duties or e...
