Not others as our company policy is the salary will be reviewed every 12 months from the date you joined but no gurantee an increase will be made so unless someone else joined at the same time, the dates would def differ. Don't worry about it too much as it can still be considered as annual increase...

Sometimes Home Office does not send out curtailment letters. Your partners existing visa is not deemed to be valid if her previously employer informed the Home Office that she resigned which means she is no longer under sponsorship from them. It takes 15 working days and considering holiday season you'll probably get an email end of week or next week saying your application is now under assesment by ECO or being prepared for assessement from British Embassy Abu Dhabi.

If the application is strong then she shall be granted a Visa. One thing to keep in mind is that on the application if you say the whole of trip is sponsored by yourself then the ECO will take her financial circumstances on how she manages at home and survives but the trip wise all of your finances ...

It is only done if you are moving from Pakistan.

If you are already overseas Pakistani and move to UK it is not required.
