you are meant to tell the home office when your situation changes ie when you have divorced, hence why they have refused your PR application because according to their record you were still married and should have included your spouse's passport with the application. you can still apply for PR by sh...

if the police decide to blame you for the incident after you submit your application then you still need to inform them.

why the agonising wait? just give me them a call instead of waiting months for a letter

hi guys i had Permanent Residency through retention of rights few months ago, i am preparing myself to apply for BC, however i noticed they are asking for proof of work (payslips etc....) with me it is not a problem i have all 6 years at hand, but are they gonna ask for my ex-wife's payslips and doc...
