I'm bit confused as well. Say if someone is on a job title which is below 35K but according to SOC does that means he has to increase his pay to 35K before he apply for ILR? That also means if someone on a 23K job he has to get an increase up to 35K and to do this the migrant has to apply for a new ...

The 10 year rule hasnt been in the focus yet, let's hope it remains that way
Lets hope so :D I'm happy with the new rule changes. 6 years and 35K for settlement. Not a bad deal :D About time Home office has done something towards the genuine skilled migrants.

You don't have to submit any letter.. Read my previous reply properly.. 1) Do you want to say that just COS is enough for making an application for a Tier 2 Visa and I don't need to submit any offer letter. 2) But as a prove that I have been working here more than six months, can I show my last six...

As per present rules, you can only apply as graduate developer until six months from your graduation. In your case you cant use this. Next best option for you is programmer. Get a hike and apply. You dont need RLMT as you have been working for more than 6months. Thank you so much for your reply. If ...

When describing your job responsibilities/description do it in a way so it fits better with the SOC codes job description. Make it look more 'natural' :)

No you don't need RLMT and No you are not a graduate cause you are working more than an year.

If you almost got a Phd (Well done btw) and got skills you could look for a job and try to secure a TIER2 Employee sponsored visa. 1. You can switch employment but you must satisfy the requirements all over again for the new employer, Salary, RLMT. And yes they have to do a RLMT to employ you unless your job in the Shortage occ list. 2. I think 60 days. Read the guidelines.. 3. Your question is not very clear. I wouldn't fully ...

Depending on the number of employees as far as I can think. I remember reading somewhere if your company has less than 75 employees its considered as small. But do wait for others..
