Will they agree to replace BRP card after 50 days of reporting the problem? Ideally they should. They had asked me to send the BRP cards at "my earliest convenience". You can ask the question when you receive your reply. Secondly, I have sent them an email reporting this problem but it that suffici...

Hi, I was just think how 245CB applies to people who got their initial T1 in (say) Oct-2010. That time he/she must have got it for 2 years and then their 1st extension in Oct-2012 should have been for 3 years. This is all known and confirmed. But as per 245CB shouldn't he/she have got her initial T1...

Kannit, may I ask if you applied as Employed, Self-employed or Employed as Director or Limited company? Employed full-time. Does this matter some how? Not that it should, I am just very surprised they actually took 6 months to make a decision on a straight-forward full-time employed applicant. OK. ...

Hi

I am planning to apply dependant visa of my UK born child from India. My question is that at the time of application will VFS keep both parents passports? OR they'll just need self attested copies and return the original passport?

Thanks!

Pension is personal choice however you may find online pros and cons. However my reply is on a different aspect of pension. When you sacrifice your salary for pension your gross taxable salary is reduced by that sacrificed amount. UKBA at the time of extension or ILR will consider your gross taxable...

Hi, In my case I asked my accountant to mention on letter how much NI I have paid and its class . I noted that CW was specifically interested in amount in tax I paid being employee of my own company. NI Class determines whether you're employed of self-employed. So if you're employed by your own ltd ...

Hi,

Yes I am assuming that because the UKBA policy around 2nd extension is not clear so ultimately it may be up to CW's discretion.

I hope I am wrong!

Cheers!
