I have booked my appointment in NewBury NCS and the lady specifically told me to get the LIUK original passing letter though I have used the same while applying for ILR. I asked her about Driving license and she mentioned get if you have one (??) so it seems there is no pattern to what they ask.

Absolutely, the application will fail. Accordingly, on those facts, the application must not be made. Making it, on those facts, would be a total waste of money. So the person was not in the UK on 23.04.07. After that trip abroad, when did they next enter the UK? John, i made the situation up to il...

But what happens if the person applying is in the country before even the 5 yrs period.. this typically will be the case for WP/HSMP + ILR cases as the qualifying criteria will be 5 yrs for ILR + 12 months of restriction free period For example say someone receives the ILR on 20th Apr 2011 He was in...

As he was a tier-1 visa holder, I assume he had to pass the test for settlement. In that case, you don't need to attach the certificate again just to tick the relevant box in the form. But section 1.22 in the Application form states that "I have passed the Life in the UK test and attach confirmatio...

hi, I am planning to book an appointment to one of the PEO, however I have had many trips of 3-4 days abroad, which are all business trips, I have noticed that some of them are missing the arrival stamp from the Heathrow airport. Hey manyonisland, I've called Home Office, they said it's fine. The only thing is I didn't ask the thing Jambo mentioned before which is it's a very small Ltd company, I don't think he has any employees apart from himself and his wife. But it's a legal, legitimate Ltd company so it should be fine.....
