Property Report - Visit Visa

Hi,

I am in the process of inviting my mother-in-law and was wondering whether it is necessary to submit the property inspection report.

I am renting the property. Shouldn't the rental agreement and council tax bill would do the job?

Your advice will be much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Thanks for your response.

Yes you are correct there was a weekend in between.

I was just wondering people who have applied, if they could share their experience..

visa4uk website is still in BETA version so most of the questions will not be relevant.

You will need to use logic and chose the most appropriate answer and write N/A where the information is not relevant.

Hello, Fellow Immigration boarders / Gurus, My wife and I are both naturalized citizens. Our daughter was born in Pakistan last month. Re: Eligibility for RoA CoE

They will be able to apply CoE ROA from the moment you have been naturalised and got the Naturalisation Certificate after attending the ceremony. This advice is wrong. CR001 's advice is spot on. The situation is quite nuanced. It depends on where the child is born and the status of the parents on ...

Re: British Citizen questioned about past visa refusals

Sorry I was relating this to my experience and realised I was only questioned when I was holding ILR and not British Passport. After you become British Citizen and hold British Passport, IO's should not give you any hassle as the passport itself state to allow the bearer to pass freely unless they s...

Don't let these things make you upset as it is completely normal for them to do checks.

Re: English language exemption, ILR after Oct 2013?

I would have to agree with cs95tdg here that the expired qualification will only be accepted if they appear on the approved English language test list It's best to take a new test since you will be forking out £££, it's best to keep things simple. Also if you read between the lines it states the Hom...

Re: Return of child's BRP card by NCS

I thought other documents like marriage certificate, birth certificate and passports are returned but child's own BRP card will required to be submitted. If that is not the case and child's BRP is also returned then my child can travel outside of the UK and come back to the UK using her returned BR...
