Would you be able to share list of supporting documents you submitted from both side?

Also what questions did they ask you in the interview?

Property Report - Visit Visa

Hi,

I am in the process of inviting my mother-in-law and was wondering whether it is necessary to submit the property inspection report.

I am renting the property. Shouldn't the rental agreement and council tax bill would do the job?

Your advice will be much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Re: Right of Abode / certification of entitlement PLEASE HEL

visa4uk website is still in BETA version so most of the questions will not be relevant.

You will need to use logic and chose the most appropriate answer and write N/A where the information is not relevant.

Hello, Fellow Immigration boarders / Gurus, My wife and I are both naturalized citizens. Our daughter was born in Pakistan last month. Re: Eligibility for RoA CoE

They will be able to apply CoE ROA from the moment you have been naturalised and got the Naturalisation Certificate after attending the ceremony. This advice is wrong. CR001 's advice is spot on. The situation is quite nuanced. It depends on where the child is born and the status of the parents on ...

I would have to agree with cs95tdg here that the expired qualification will only be accepted if they appear on the approved English language test list It's best to take a new test since you will be forking out £££, it's best to keep things simple. Also if you read between the lines it states the Hom...
