I don't have much experience with this but I think you can may be able to use the British queue using your baby passport.

You can always try it and see what happens, worst case scenario they will direct you to the other nationality queue..

The reason I am asking is because once you have obtained British passport it is normally advisable to use British Passport to enter UK rather then using the ILR BRP card.

It won't be as such a problem but they always advise not to use your ILR status if you have got British Passport.
