Re: legal status and complication of two marriages

In my opinion it shouldn't be a case of deception where one country allows more than one partner in one time while others not allows as long as all information are correctly given previously. Thanks for your reply actual confusion is contradiction between two application previous application of set...

Fiance visa as even though he is now divorced from his first wife, the second marriage won't be recognised under British law. In other words, as far as immigration and the British legal system is concerned, the second marriage is disregarded and doesn't exist. would not this be considered li...

Re: question for FLR (M) When will i apply?

You're missing the point. I'll try again. 1. If the entry into the UK is delayed by more than 3 months (33 month visa), if they apply 28 days before the 30 month anniversary they will have a shortfall in the 5 year qualifying period. Therefore they shouldn't apply any earlier than 28 days before th...

IHS should not be zero for non British children . You try again by making another application and fill all details correctly in IHS section or you can contact IHS.Sheffield@fco.gov.uk /ihs.sheffield@fco.gsi.gov.uk and asked them to send you topup link to pay IHS for your son and dont forget to menti...

Re: question for FLR (M) When will i apply?

Note the word 'encourage', which is not 'mandatory'. I've explained (clearly I hope) the window in which to apply. Some members are confused with the UKVI guidance and believe they MUST apply exactly on the 28th day prior to the visa expiry date. They can choose to apply 28 days before the 30 month...
