HMRC will take atleast 3-4 weeks to upload them on the system and then there is waiting game. Bcz its Christmas so things will be delayed so dont expect anything soon. I sent my 2010-11 amendments on 14th of Dec by next day delivery. Royal Mail confirms the delivery on 15th Dec. However when I called HMRC yesterday they said that it has not been uploaded or recorded in their system as being received. How much time generally it takes after they receive it to update...

how long can you stay in the country once ur ilr is refused? I see that your ilr was refused in april 2015. its been 8 months now. if you can share the steps you took after the refusal then it might help someone else on this forum.

Bri2015 : you mentioned in your previous post in another thread that you got US visa and flying to US soon and you are not fighting with UKBA. Just asking as it has been quite few months that ur ILR was rejected. r u still in UK? what steps did you take after refusal of your ILR?

There is no need to worry. You produced UKBA your periodic accounts, not final accounts. Businesses go up and down and what's important is that you pay tax thats due at the end of financial year.
