In Section 5 : Your Home and Finances, Question 5.3 : Are you working in the UK, if so what is your pay each month after income tax and deductions?

Do I need to combine my and my wife's income or just need to mention my monthly income alone?

Should we include amended Tax Return with postal application

I am seeing my ILR application by post and am still waiting for HMRC to process my amendment. Should I include amended return with my postal application? Is it wise decision to do? Since this is not a mandatory requirement I am not sure if I should include it or not. Please advise.

Thanks for confirming. And what evidence do we include to support this? It says "for the period before you were granted leave as tier 1 general migrant. I was on psw before switching to tier 1 general. So what documents do I need to include here?

Filing the Set O form. Help needed!

I am filling the Set O form for me and my dependent. I am stuck in Page 42, Question A5. Is this applicable to all or just for the applicants who are applying for ILR based on the Tier 1 Enterpreneur visa? I am on Tier 1 General visa, so does that apply to me?

Please advise.

I was going through some odd document on gov.uk and it clearly mentioned that during JR you cannot work.
But I will still wait for moderators and seniors to confirm this.

Re: ILR Refused @ PEO - LTD Company Director

@AHD2016 My solicitor seemed pretty positive since the late filing of my SA's have not caused any loss of revenue to HMRC. Since tax owed for 2010/11/12/13 is £0. So in essence, if I had filed them in the respective tax years or in Jan 2016 (a month prior to my PEO application) the tax liability wo...

Re: ILR Refused @ PEO - LTD Company Director

@HarryJones You said your income was below threshold - Yes for 2010/2011/2012/2013 - Tax to pay was £0.00. Hence accountant advised that there is no need for SA. In July 2013 my income went above the threshold (dividend limit is £31865) so got a letter from HMRC to file an SA. So SA for 2014 and 20...

Re: ILR Postal Application & UK born child

They should not have asked about omitting your child from ILR application. But it depends on case worker. So just reply to them. I don't think it will have any adverse effect on ur application. U r not doing anything wrong. So just be honest and tell them. All the best.

Re: ILR Application Dilemma - PEO or Post ?

I would include the letter from HMRC where they confirmed that your 9-10 and 10-11 returns will not be processed and apply with a detailed covering letter. You must emphasise that there was absolutely no tax due from those years missing SA and still you tried to file it. However HMRC are not William...
