Hi

I am going to apply for naturalisation in a few weeks on the basis of 3 years WP + 2 years Tier 1 + 1 year ILR. I think the only document i need to supply is my passport. can anyone confirm this? thanks

Yes you are right...if one gets 2 parking tickets during these 12 months he has to wait until the point where it reaches to 1 ticket in a year! No it won't delay if you have only 3 fixed penalty points in the last 12 months of ur application of neutralization... once you neutralize as british citiz...

as long as they r on ur paid leaves that shud b fine.. but also depends on how many they are, i had 186 days and that was fine hi addh Did you submit any employer letter to support your absences? I have 193 days out (include 43 days paid holiday) . will it be a problem? thanks i submitted a letter ...

sorry about it mate. i had a similar circumstances with you because i was given 6 points in court for dangerous driving and i didn't declare it on my application and my application was successful. if i did declare it, then i will definitely been unsuccessful because i have to wait 5 years to be cla...

i have seen a lot of info on this subject but just want to confirm, i am going to apply for citizenship soon. i had a FPN for speeding in 2010 which i paid and also got 3 points on my license. I didnt declare that for my ILR application and there was no problem, so i assume i dont need to declare it...
