Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Is there nothing we can do about the delay? It's been a year almost since the application. I know people have been waiting for 15 months. So frustrating!! Even MPs letter didn't work.

Re: Premium Upgrade Closed ?

I applied ILR(tier-1 route) on post in June 2016, sent out self employment questionnaire in April 2017(had an amendment for 2010-11). If I upgrade to premium, do you guys think there is a chance of quick decision?

Put name, date of birth, nationality and case id if you have it. Tell them you haven't received letter and request to send again.

Re: ILR Postal - no communication for > month, normal?

You should've atleast got a Biometric letter, I suggest you to mail them with your name, DOB and tell them you haven't received biometric enrollment letter. I had an issue with biometics previously and I got help from below email. Worth a try.

Re: Biometric letter not received

I applied on 10th June, fee deducted on 13th June, received email from home office saying 'application has been received' on 20th and received biometric letter on 21st(dated 19th June). So probably you should receive next week if it's late or something.

Hello,

Could anyone please let me know if both parents have to present at the consulate when submitting documents for birth registration? I'm planning to go for CGI Birmingham.

Thanks in advance.
