Driving without insurance and a licence that would have likely been sent to the magistrates, if you were convicted or pleaded guilty then yes, you'll have to wait at least 3 years. Its really Frustrating as I've applied but wasn't told i could pay by DB/CC - so i sent a Personal Check and up till now money has still not been taken our nor pending. I have IN10 and LC20 in 16-02-2012, 4 months disqualification and fine 65£ and 200£,

its over three years 17-02-2015, is that still impact on my application ??

actually, I apply for naturalization on 17 of feb 2015,
and submitted my IRL granted letter, and photo driving licence, and cover letter,


and my bio metric replacement arrive on 18-of feb 2015,

is that still my naturalization application will be consider??
