I haven't applied for nuturalisation and I won't apply till 10 years are over I would advice you not to appeal as you will lose more money! Driving without insurance and a licence that would have likely been sent to the magistrates, if you were convicted or pleaded guilty then yes, you'll have to wait at least 3 years. I have IN10 and LC20 in 16-02-2012, 4 months disqualification and fine 65£ and 200£,

actually, I apply for naturalization on 17 of feb 2015,
and submitted my IRL granted letter, and photo driving licence, and cover letter,


and my bio metric replacement arrive on 18-of feb 2015,

is that still my naturalization application will be consider??
