Should I have to mention last 3 years address or 5 years address in the AN application?

She is here for 3 years 10 months Should I have to mention her India address for rest of the 1 year 2 months?

Or should I only have to mention her UK addresses?

Hi, Please help me to understand if the absence allowed is 270 days or 300 days. The following links confuses me. One says 270 the other says 300 for 3 years residence category. Thanks a lot for your valuable reply. So she does not have to have 50K in her account. This can be split across to 25K in Business account and 25K in her personal account right?

Is there a income cap for Child tax credit and Work tax credit? if so how much is the income cap? That should not be matter since your work permit was issues in Nov 2006. You are still eligible for ILR
