That looks fine but I suggest you get a letter from the parents stating that you live with them. Have you passed Life in the UK test or ESOL? Add it to your list, good luck

The ball is in your court, just post it & give them time to decide your application, everything will turn out well, no need for your wife to be sent back

To be honest with you, I think applying in person is better even though one has to pay extra ££s & if the case is straight foward, the visa is granted on the same day & that saves you stress & waiting, if the case worker decides that they need to do further checks, the paperwork is retained untill f...

Don't worry yourself too much, everything will be ok, i think you should make a postal application. Write a cover letter & submit all the relevant documents. Your relationship is genuine, so you have nothing to worry about, just be honest. Good luck

Re: Calling All Moderators- Help needed re ILR

No, his application won't be refused as long as your relationship is genuine. It's ok to claim HB, but you have to declare that you live together & he is subject to immigration control. Hope you manage to find work soon Have alook at think link, hope it helps: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto...

You have done the right thing & it won't affect your wife's application. Have a look at this link, its about Public funds guidance, hopefully, it will put your mind at rest.

Re: Pakistani wife applying for ILR help needed please

Have a look at Set M application form, it will explain most of the documents needed. Any document sent to you, your wife or with joint names at the same address will do, they must be spread over two years ( since she came to UK). I hope that helps
