Documents for section 11L

Hi

11L says
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules

I was on tier 2 ICT for 6 months before moving to tier 1 general, what documents I need to show?

Thanks

Re: English language requirement

Hi all

To avoid any confusion, I have now got a letter from my institute confirming medium of instruction and examination was english. So I will now attach this letter with NARIC letter that my degree is equivalent to UK masters. Hope this suffices.

Re: ILR query - Tier2(ICT)+Tier1 combination

Hi

Just wanted to check if this combination is still valid for ILR as when I look at the https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk and select tier 1 general it doesn't list out tier 2 ICT as a combination.

Thanks
Vin

Tier 1 visa along with passport lost

Hi - this is for a friend who is stuck in India now.

He had a tier 1 general visa issued in dec 2009. Now in his last visit to India he lost the passport containing visa.

What should he do now/documents/process to follow as tier1 visas are not issued outside UK?

Thanks all for the help,

Vini
