Re: Partner Visa **Do we qualify for one**

Deportation is for criminals and undesirables. People with no right to remain in the UK are removed and that is voluntary or involuntary. As a leave to remain application, his salary will also be considered, if you were not aware of that fact. If his application is not approved he will be asked to l...

Re: Urgent advise needed for General visitor visa

I don't think you will have any problems. Provide evidence of your study program and evidence of your financials (your historical bank statements and those of your parents) and the letter of invitation from the company in London. Whoever told you that a tax return was necessary is completely wrong. ...

Re: Paying application fee while living at new different add

The owner and address of the credit card that is paying for the application is not relevant; it just needs to be correct. If you needed someone in China to pay for your application in the UK you would simply provide their name, address and card number in the payment fields. It's completely separate ...

Re: Help needed regarding visitor visa

The visitor has got wife and 5 kids back in his home country, is that not an enough evidence to support the guarantee of his return? Generally it might, but without evidence that he can already support them in his current job (it seems he can't show his bank account or salary or historical cash flo...

Re: Mum's general visit visa refused - Is it worth appealing

As per my understanding, the right to appeal has been removed for family visitor visas while we applied under General visit visa so technically we could still appeal Family, General, it makes no difference. Appeal rights for any and all visit visas are residual and limited, effectively, to grounds ...

Re: Help needed regarding visitor visa

The sponsor could well be a millionaire but if the person being sponsored has no real motivation to return the visa will be refused. Even with five kids, a similar unskilled cash-in-hand (albeit illegal) job or jobs in the UK would provide a lot more money to be remitted back to support those hungry...

You say that you "came to know". Who was that, your barber? Why don't you just read the policy guidance? It clearly defines the scope of the VC firm that is permitted for this immigration category.

You definitely need to apply for a visa to enter the UK. If you are not permanent residents of Belgium I am pretty sure you will need a visa to travel around the Schengen Area (but wait for further comments).

No, she must apply in her own right after completing the residence period (so 3 months after your own application). If she were to switch her status she would begin a new five year residence period.

Yes, but as long you exercise EU treaty rights after a three month period of grace, there is no effective limit on her stay. She should apply for a residence card if you intend to remain in the UK as this will make immigration bureaucracy easier when entering and leaving.

S1. She would be granted a 2.5 year spouse visa which would have to be renewed for a further 2.5 S2. She would be granted leave in line with the expiry of your current leave and then she could continue to extend that leave until she has completed five years. Her previous leave would not be considere...

1. She can only apply in a country for which she has nationality or a residence permit other than that of a visitor. So, in her case she can only apply in Malaysia. 2. Yes, it's possible but clearly she is effectively living in the UK by spending the majority of her time there with her family and he...
