Hi Son_of_soil, Fora I think we should be fine. We all are in same boat i.e. HSMP JR + Spouse living for less than 2 years. I believe, like me, you also got a confirmation email from UKBA that dependants of HSMP JR applicants dont need to fulfill 2 years criteria. That email will solve the purpose, ...

I was unemployed for first 4 months of my 5 years(HSMP+ Tier1 Gen Migrant). I am covered under HSMP JR. Will it affect my chance to get ILR?
Can any senior member suggest me on this issue, please?

well, in that case, yes, I am going to PEO before. I booked appointment in last week of october.
I am going to solihull peo.

I am also sailing in same boat as that of you. My visa is gonna expire on 3rd november 2011, covered under HSMP JR and spouse living in UK for less than 2 years.
Please do update your experience at PEO. I also booked PEO appointment.

But the problem is that I dont have P60 for april 2007 ( Covering April 2006- March 2007) as I was unemployed.

I do have P60s from April 2007- Mar 2008, Apr 2008- Mar 2009, Apr 2009-Mar 2010 and Apr 2010 - Mar 2011 ( 4 in total)
