This is not an issue to be stated in the deception part. It was just a misunderstanding which was clarified by yourself so not to worry.

Re: Biometric in Northern Ireland post office

No participating post office is located in Northern Ireland, and it is next to impossible to fly to mainland without passport/driving license. http://www.postoffice.co.uk/counter-services/passport-identity/biometric-enrolment-foreign-nationals/branches Anybody travelled out of NI to scotland/englan...

If you have paid tax on all of your self employed income, it would also add weight to your appeal.

Re: Tier 1 extension : self employment help

Hi Friends, I would like to earn little more earnings to qualify total earnings for tier 1 general extension. Is it must to have a business account for self employment (sole trader) or is it OK to use a personal savings bank account dedicated for self employment(sloe trader) income? Its not a must....

based on the information provided by other members on this forum, it seems like UKBA are currently taking between 8 to 12 weeks for a straight forward postal application where biometrics are provided soon. In my opinion, you may apply in the first week of april to avoid new fees. You may pay the fee...

Is this just your assumption or is their any documenting proof about it. Sorry for being ignorant, but I haven't came accross any news of PEO appointments closing down in future. Its very likely that they stop biometrics registerations in PEOs for postal applicants as they are making the biometrics...

It may take that length of time and you may possibly be asked to send your original passports to confirm your ILR status. You dont need to send any documents yourself unless they specifically ask you in writing

You are not required to submit any documents/ passport copies with the claim form. If they require anything, they will ask you. In your case, they will ask for the original passport to see the ILR anyways.

Ideally this should be their approach to have the interview first and then ask the applicant to pay the fee after. Unfortunately there is no consistency in their practices.

You need to do it everytime. This is disgusting. the whole system stinks. I see no bloody reason behind registering your biometrics every time you apply for an extension. All they could do is just change the leave period or leave category where there is no major change to the facial features etc. B...

Not working for a month does not matter. about the payslip, try to get the copy stamped and signed by the previous employer and also explain in your covering letter.

Yes. You can add all your earnings together to claim the points but you will also have to put your employed and self employed income separately in the application form.
