You can read my old posts etc. After refusal I involved Solvit and the first thing they said to me was if you are deciding to appeal then HO cannot consider the reconsideration request. Thanks for your reply. However we've proved dependency for the past 5 months since they've been in the UK. I.e transferring funds from our account to my dad's bank account here in the UK. I'm an indian national , I always carry both the passports never ever had any problems in India/France/Germany/Austria/Canada etc.

(now here is the problem. because of his UK visit visa ( what documents he showed to get this ? anything like he is financially ok back home and why he will go back within 6 months ) and also they were partially dependent you may have long fight with UKBA) Thanks askmeplz82 for your fruitful advice....
