It really depends on the council and the person at the other end of the phone, if they are prepared to check the certificates they have, they can give an update. I asked the lady nicely last time and she was friendly and checked for me, that was few weeks ago. I haven't called again to check, I thou...

If you haven't heard anything then perhaps from your point of view there is no pending prosecution. I wouldn't lose hope. Council probably can't find any information on you because it is likely that they haven't inserted your certificate details on to their system. For all you know, Council's probably received the certificates but just haven't gone through the pile. You might receive your approva...

Putting whether you need to declare them or not to one side. Your application is likely to be refused if you apply and you have had more than one fixed penalty within 12 months of the application.

If fees are not an issue to you, you can apply and try your luck

Hi herewego, asim is right, you can apply any time you want and you should declare both inctances. That said, it is likely that your application will be refused and the immediate consiquence is the loss of your fees. Not sure what "behaviour fixed penalties" are, but assuming they are fixed penalty ...

Hi iris79,

Your dentist is fine. Like asim said, as long as your dentist is prepared and willing to provide you with a reference, then this is acceptable. There is no requirement for your dentist to know you ouside of work
