I heard from some persons that the PR rules in UK will be abolished and direct Direct Citizenship application will be accepted under the new rules for being British national.

Do you still have the boarding pass / tickets for your travel in 2009? If so you will be able to prove your UK entry with that. It could be that IO at airport might have entered your details in his/her system; just forgot to stamp your passport. I am not sure whether ILR case worker is looking at e...

Many Thanks Jaimi, But something is not right with HO when they say 180 days for paid/unpaid leaves. since in 5yr is we expect to go homre country once in a year for 30 days which menas 150 day of allowance are bare minimun to be used.
