ILR with multi entry clearance

Hi all I didn't want to hijack this thread so starting a new one http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=128703 Can someone clear or share experience in regards to whether or not ILR continuity is broken due to multi entry clearance, provided your previous visa was still valid. One successf...

See the following case which had two EC and was still granted ILR

http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=117518

So that should not be an issue but the rules on ICTs being eligible for ILR now might be an issue as suggested above.

Can others comment on having two EC scenario please?

Wow many congratulations. Enjoy your ILr. Can you tell that during your absence even if you visa was valid did your work assignment ended in the UK? Can you also share the employer letter you provided? My case is quite similar to yours if you mind giving a look http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewt...

Hi can you specify the format of employers Letter you provided and what justification you gave for your absences. I also have a bit similar case but my absence is for 210 days on WP. If broken into 2 years its < 180 in each year. Do you think I can try and be eligible for ILR as well?

It's not a matter of the absence being more than 180 days or that your visa did not expire; it's a matter of you coming off the payroll (and, therefore, sponsorship) of the UK-based entity for more than one month. The fact that it's the same parent company in India will not be considered as it's no...

After reading few more posts regarding ILR with more than 180 days in a year I wanted to re discuss my case. 1. I came on an assignment from India to UK on 21st Oct 2007 on a work permit valid from 11/10/2007 till 11/10/2009 3. I then moved back to India company on 7th Feb 2009. (my UK work permit w...

They should get six months visa. My visa is expiring in early August and recently my parents got their visa from march till sept. just a point to note that the travel dates mentioned in their application was within my visa validity period. And they have travelled to UK before once.

Thanks for your reply.

May I ask the reason for you suggesting to wait for main applicant's outcome? As the fee is increasing from April, i was hoping to send my dependent application this month itself perhaps a week or later after my partners'.

So do you mean they can apply the visa in March against my current leave to remain until Aug 2012 and may still get a visa ? The family visit visa is given for 6 months which mean they would get it from mar 2012 till sep 2012. This is beyond my current visa date. Do they need to mention that I have ...
