Thank you for posting. I wonder if you received a reply to your second question? (what evidence is required to establish self sufficiency?).
For naturalisation you don't need prove self sufficiency, you can be unemployed and apply. Nationality law is different to Immigration law applied for PR.

Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

You could of course read the AN guidance notes and booklet. It tells you what is required!! Thanks, sure I've already read those. I was just wondering if there was anything different in the online checklist. Because in one booklet it says P60s, payslips etc are necessary, in another one it doesn't ...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Process

Ok. Thank you, was just concerned as I have heard people denied citizenship when they couldn't prove self sufficiency. Many thanks. It is relevant to EU citizens (non British) and their family. There is no requirement for employment etc for citizenship. So its not relevant to me, being a non Europe...

No problem Char, I also just remembered she also wouldn't take our ILR approval letter as she insisted that the ILR BRP's were sufficient. :o
BRP Cards are sufficient.
Shot, thank you. 👍 :)

You will get asked to send them in if HO or HMPO require them. Don't stress. English is a must though as this would definitely have been asked for even at a later date. Don't stress.
