I don't think that is ideal- paying using two cards. In the application form one has to write/mention only one card details. Then how could anyone mention two card details in the application form, little confused here.

Why to worry even if it is lost? You have already got your ILR and I dont think you will have to submit again for Citizenship.

For ILR (and like Tier 1 extension) there is no requirement to show any funds in the account.

Also, there is another post on this, where application for ILR was successful even when the applicant and his spouse were unemployed. Please search for it to get more details.

Nothing to worry, you can go to your estate agent and could request them to issue a letter, normally they would charge a small amount + VAT for this service.
