Re: Business Plan template required

There is a difference between buying a property and buying a property to do hotel/accommodation business. How can home office stop from carrying out business activity ? Exactly. And make sure you give the CW all the evidence to not confuse the two. HO can not stop you from doing business activity, ...

Re: HELP! - ILR APPLICATION WITH MORE THAN 180 DAYS ABSENCE

I am not knowledgeable about tier2 at all so this is just an idea based on what you say are major university achievements: Apply for exceptional talent visa.

I think ILR comes quite fast and you (may) be able to shorten time to ILR with previous PBS leave.

Re: Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas invest in Current UK limited company

As a small UK business owner needing investment £200K could be useful and substantial for you. I can think of some pitfalls (and I do not believe this has been significantly discussed on this forum. I hope this thread is useful to other). First put yourself in the shoes of the "investor" she would w...

Re: Evidence for (frequent) travel?

Diving deeper into this I see the request for evidence is not for travels (see copy of AN paper form below) rather it is from the Mandatory Documents (list at end of online app) Proof of living in the UK for Seasky: If you are an non_EEA National. You need to include your passport to prove you have ...

Evidence for (frequent) travel?

What is the expected evidence level required for your travels. I have travelled over 80 times in the last five years (I am within the absence limits, no trip over 2-3 weeks, many overnights to EU that means zero absence days, though have to be written in the form too). In the last 2 years I do not h...

You have little to lose from passing the test and sending to UKVI before they decide your case.

I am curious which form you used LIUK is a clear part in any SET form I would imagine...

Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

Suggest don't confuse the ILR requirement/rules with the British citizenship requirements/laws, they are completely separate. What might be ok for one, is not ok for the other. Very much appreciate this clarification. (wish I knew this a few years ago, as I was collecting data for each trip as I go...

Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

Difficult issue: in proof of living in UK it says "if you do not have your passport, or it was not stamped when you entered the UK, you need to include letters (for example, from your employer of government department) as proof" This was not a requirement for ILR (T1e, SET(0) ). It was also not a re...

Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

The online application allows you to fill upto 30 trips, but it doesn't calculate the number of days outside UK, you still have to manually enter that. For the remaining trips, I provided an excel. So online application is quite new and may not be clear answers to this, I would assume best to fill ...

Re: British Citizenship - New Online Application

Filling in travel dates: I have over 80 trips last 5 years (in xls) if I sent a paper application I would just attach the print out as it is a pain to fill the days one by one. Any chance to do that for an online application? Also as you fill leave and return date would it not be easier for the syst...

Re: Tier 1 to Tier 2 and then now ILR

Could there be a difference if u are currently T2 wanting to use other previous leave than T1e wanting other previous leave (which is clearly not allowed)?

I beleive exceptional talent you can use T1e previous leave.

It is very clear you cannot use premium or super premium

Re: HO Asking for Documents post the interview

Let's be clear not giving those documents you are very likely to fail. What is the rationale for this confidentiality? are you giving chemical engineering consulting services to MI6 at one extreme or is this normal confidentiality in normal course of business? If the latter I would give the document...

Re: Investment question for a tier one entrepreneur visa

My original Business Plan was releted to travel industry but due to Brexit there are lot of uncertainties now. So I have to look for different options. It seems HO is already taking genuineness much more seriously (for example many are now interviewed for a few hours at place of business). My perso...

Re: need help i am very confuse

You are unfortunately fallen in the trap of T1e that does not allow travel in extension or ILR, if that was a two week process one could manage but we see often one year processes. Many business export and other international activities (that is good for the UK!) and need a lot of travel so a comple...
