Re: Tier 1 Ext Refused after interview -Urgent help Needed

@Seasky & @marcnath: Below is the exact detail of refusal points: 1. Clients:- Also, you stated that you had 4 current cli...

Re: Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur - urgent questions!

Money invested by an investor cannot be used to claim points as YOUR INVESTEMENT. It can be either shares or director loan - but both of them must be in your name, not your investors This is not how it worked for me, I did not invest my own money (except a huge amount of sweat equity). Angel and VC...

Re: Tier 1 Ext Refused after interview -Urgent help Needed

You really are going to have to share much more detail if you want a response that can actually help you. Especially share your actual job creation "Compliance office asked me about running business from home" do you mean interviewer? What do you mean points for business continuity? there is no such...

Re: Documents received without any covering letter

I personally would contact the HO helpline. Hopefully it is great news, but if not you don't want anytime wasted on preparing for a response (AR, reapplication etc)

Re: Tier 1 ILR / SET LR query

You are better off delaying ILR application to 16.7.2019 delaying biometrics as much as possible then varying ro LR 28 days before 4.9.2019. But keep running business genuinely one cannot know what HO (secret internal) policy on t1e will be then. We have seen cases of LRs having issues because of th...

Yes, the accountant was raided by Home Office and NOT by HMRC. Only OP can can confirm why he was raided by HO.
As you know of this Birmingham raid (which may or may not be same accountant as OP) do you know prima facie why was raided? Does this firm specialize in immigration matters?

Re: Accountant got raided. Need Urgent HELP

Was your accountant located in Birmingham? I know an Accountant who had his office raided in Birmingham (B*2 postcode area-don't want to give his postcode on forum hence put * mark in post code) by Home Office? Same question as I asked OP. Raided by HO not HMRC? (I googled HO raid accountant found ...

I don't understand how they see the different cases . Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension 50k route- Need advice

Taking over a year for the response is the shameful norm these days. In your case since you can apply for ILR in August this year I would do nothing except prepare for your ILR (have you done LIUK). The only reason you would want to expedite is if you need to travel. The challenge will be if you are...

Re: Question 6.5 - entered without a stamp

There is no Passport control between Ireland and UK it is CTA (Common Travel Area)

Today for many nationalities there is the option of "registered traveller" where you don't get stamped every time you enter. What I did was just mention it all in covering letter

My first impression is this lawyer does not know what s/he is talking about. I would prefer gurus comment as you have a complicated situation. S/he has not responded to why SMP should be considered a job, rather relating to the rather obvious fact that you can keep people employed throughout, you do...

Re: One partner switch the visa in the middle of application

Your partner leaving you could have been a strong indication to CW that your business was not genuine. Sad to hear you failed on genuineness, we see that more and more these days and the lesson learned is do not leave things unaddressed that could signal ingenuiness. Very well done, that was fast in the current environment. Care to share details of your business, how many employees, how well paid, and any other facts that you think may have led to this fast and positive result. I am trying to ascertain why some cases are 15 months with multiple interviews and so...

You have a very curious case and I am glad that the uninsured driving issue was resolved positively.
