I have already invested over 200K£ in business 'A' but for certain reasons I do not wish to be a director there and need a business 'B' to register in. Can 'B' be a dormant company?

I am approaching 6 months. Can I just setup a UK company (can be done online for 30£) and register myself as a director to fulfill this requirement?

Not that I know of. Perhaps there is none because it is normal to expect that a "dependant's" right to enter / live / work in the UK is dependent on the fact that the "principal / sponsoring migrant" has entered UK and is residing / working in accordance with the rules related to the leave issued. ...

Is there a reference to this rule?

Moved to appropriate forum - "General Immigration Forum" To the questions: 1. The dependant migrant may enter with the principal migrant or later, but not before. 2. The queue that you should join depends on the country that has issued the passport in which the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) vignette is end...

No, you will not be printing on the bank's letterhead? The bank needs to do that. It is not enough to just print out the statements, but you can use posted statements without having them stamped / signed. As long as they are the original statements. Account is in Switzerland and in USD, do I need s...

To start with, get it in writing on a bank letterhead that they are not willing to help you. Do they not post you any bank statements whatsoever? Alternatively, transfer the money to an account in the UK where you get statements. I can fully print, in bank letterhead and color bank statements from ...

Maintenance letter - bank not playing ball

My personal account is in UBS Switzerland (where I went to grad school)

All my banking is done online, works very well. They say they cannot help me and just printing out bank statements from the internet I understand is not enough.

Ideas please?
