Find a UKBA form that is used by an applicant to nominate a representative. Get your mom to sign it and send it to you. Also have her send one to the embassy. Directive, No intentions to slack but i did not find the form during the last 15 min search process. Key words of "nomination, representativ...

In the guidance notes it states that the sponsor can only be a representative if nominated as such. But if you completed the form on behalf of the applicant you must have declared yourself to be the representative? There is no facility for the sponsor to sign - only the applicant or the representat...

Thanks Kef

another question is whether is sponsor is also a representative? I am a sponsor on the appeal form, but not a rep and to date, have not received any correspondence from tribunal. My concern that the bundle will be dispatched to Russia and not here, where it is most needed

Hi gents I need an advice. I have written to the Post asking for ECM review. That was sent a week ago. They replied today stating they will provide this to me some time next week. In total, there is a lag of about a week and a half. I feel that some post-factum tidying up is being carried out. What ...

Re: Compensation claim

While issuing my certificate of registration of the era national, they have sent papers to my old address. I had to drive more than 120 miles return to collect it. I subsequently, submitted a claim and was in the process of communication with NWCS. When this has been moved to London, communication ...

If it appears they will not be provding one, I would send a copy of your request to the Tribunal (without comment) for them place in their records of your case (advising the Post of what you have done). Can you clarify this point please? A request should be sent to the POST requesting a review and ...

Hi, just an update on the matter. We received an email today from the Moscow office stating that the appeal will proceed to the Tribunal in the uk. I kinda knew that they are too proud to admit making silly mistakes in the judgement. the rule of thumb would suggest dirty laundry close to the chest, ...

Hey guys, I have received an update from the Visa-issuing post this morning and wonder what is the best strategy to pursue - 1. use this as another opportunity to present a stripped-down, lean statements of facts 2. prepare my arguments for the hearing instead. Thanks -------------------------------...

If you are travelling with or joining your EU spouse, then it is very clear. so at any moment in time one can seek to 'join the eea spouse/relative'? a letter in possession would suffice?! To be fair to UKBA, the number of people wanting to get permission to live in the UK is overwhelming. Add into to the mix the liars, cheats and a legal system that feeds of them and we have organised chaos. Its a double edged sword but if Britain were free from the shackles of EU laws, a more contr...

The process for all EEA applications is similar: - First the EEA national activities / status is examined. - Second, the family relationship is examined. - If all OK, a RC / PR Confirmation is issued. There is no need for the EEA national to hold Residence Certificate or PR Confirmation to prove hi...

All correct (I mean -1), 2)b correct. 2)a, c - No). As you are Irish, the only reason to exercise treaty rights is to be able to benefit non EEA family members from the EEA regulations. For naturalisation, you don't need to exercise treaty rights. Being Irish, after 5 years of residence in the UK y...
